Ownership of content

All content available on this website and platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, user interfaces, workflows, layouts, data compilations, software, source code, algorithms, and platform features (collectively, the “Content”), is the property of HatchEvent Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Singapore Copyright Act 2021 and applicable international copyright laws.

Permitted use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the HatchEvent platform and its Content solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with HatchEvent’s Terms & Conditions. This permission does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Prohibited use

Without prior written consent from HatchEvent Pte. Ltd., you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, license, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the platform or its Content, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding elements displayed on the platform, including “HatchEvent”, are proprietary to HatchEvent Pte. Ltd. unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Third-party content

Any third-party content, trademarks, or materials displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or service-related purposes only. Use of such content does not imply endorsement by HatchEvent.

User-generated content

By submitting or uploading content to the HatchEvent platform, including vendor profiles, media files, quotations, or event information, you grant HatchEvent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Copyright infringement

If you believe that any content on the HatchEvent platform infringes your copyright, you may notify us by providing sufficient details to support@hatchevent.com so that appropriate action can be taken in accordance with Singapore law.

Changes to this notice

HatchEvent Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this Copyright Notice at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
